If you are late we will show you to your seats at an appropriate moment as quietly as possible. If you can’t make a show that you have booked for just contact us and we will move your booking to an alternative date.

If its a choice between peeing on our seats or taking a mid show bathroom break then definitely go to the loo! There are two intervals during most shows for bathroom breaks and for food and drink to be ordered and served.

Are you wheelchair and disability friendly?2021-04-22T19:00:37+00:00

ROFL Comedy Clubs in Newcastle-Under-Lyme and Derby are wheelchair accessible though due to the layout of the rooms please let us know in advance if you require wheelchair space or have any other particular requirements so that we can look after you in the best way possible.

Unfortunately due to them being very old, three story buildings ROFL Comedy Clubs in Preston and Sheffield are not wheelchair accessible.

Is there a bar or food available?2020-08-08T13:58:26+00:00

ROFL Comedy Clubs have fully stocked bars with all the beers, spirits, gins and cocktails you might expect as well as delicious food options. Menu varies by location.

Is there an age limit/will I need ID?2020-08-08T13:56:57+00:00

Generally our shows are for over 18s only. Some family shows are the exception and this will be made clear when booking. If you are lucky enough to still look young and beautiful then please have photo ID with you.

Can I choose my seats and sit with my friends?2020-08-13T22:43:56+00:00

All shows are allocated seating so if you have friends who have booked separately then you’ll need to email us in advance with the names of the bookings that you’d like to group together. If you have specific requests such as ‘near the bathrooms’ or ‘front row’ etc then let us know and if we can do it  for you, we will.

How do I collect my tickets?2020-08-08T13:55:07+00:00

We try to be environmentally friendly wherever possible so we don’t use paper tickets. We run a ticketless guest list so on arrival just check in with the name the booking was made in and we will show you to your seats.

Do I have to book in advance?2020-08-08T13:49:26+00:00

Our shows regularly sell out so booking in advance is essential, there are no tickets available on the door.

Can I heckle?2020-08-08T13:46:33+00:00

No, if you cause a disruption or interfere with others enjoyment of the show you will be asked to leave. If the comedians speak to you, of course you should answer but if anyone wanted to listen to you they would have gone for a night out at your house.
